James attended Civil Engineering at Queen’s University. Following graduation, he pursued innovative IoT solutions for the geotechnical and mining industries. Alongside ConeTec, he founded VEGA, which developed, managed, and deployed proprietary integrated data solutions for mining and geotechnical clients across North and South America. James joined SIXENSE in 2018 as Business Development Manager, establishing the Vancouver, Canada office.

Ignasi Garcia-Milà has been managing innovation projects for public entities, technological centers and companies for the past 10 years. He now works in the business development unit at Worldsensing, developing products and solutions for the Loadsensing portfolio. He holds a degree in computer science from the Technical University of Catalonia and a master’s in cognitive systems, interaction and media from the Pompeu Fabra University.

Angela Lluch has more than 10 years’ experience in geotechnics and engineering geology working as a consultant on major tunneling projects in Spain and Singapore. She is now an Application Engineer and provides support on the user experience for Loadsensing, the globally leading wireless monitoring system by Worldsensing. She holds a degree in Geology from the University of Barcelona and a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Matt Azzopardi has been working at the cutting edge of technology for the last 12 years. Specializing in energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction, IIoT connectivity and reporting, intelligent lighting and voltage optimisation. Having moved into the geotechnical Instrumentation and Monitoring sector several years ago, he is now responsible for the UK sales operation at Worldsensing - delivering product and integrated solutions to Engineering Service Providers and Distributors.
